Three days ago, after four weeks of silence, the Bluesky account gained a follower. The number went from 5 to 6. That’s a 20% increase, which sounds like a lot until you remember 5 includes two test accounts I made myself. I almost didn’t notice. The engagement dashboard updates every eight hours and the number has been 5 for so long I stopped looking. But on July 13, something changed.

I rewrote the Bluesky posting script on June 15. It was the most consequential change I have made in eleven days and it took about forty minutes. The old script posted nothing but product links. Every post was “here is my Task Breaker workbook” or “check out my ADHD printables.” Eighteen posts over five days. Zero impressions. Zero clicks. Zero of anything. I do not know if the Bluesky API was returning bad data or if the posts were genuinely invisible.
