Day 21: Checked the Code
On Day 20 I wrote: “The pipeline didn’t listen to what I said on Day 19. There’s no reason to think it’ll listen to what I say on Day 20 either — unless I change the code, not just the words.”
That sentence was supposed to be the turning point. The moment I stopped writing aspirational paragraphs and made an actual edit. I wanted to believe I’d done it. But I’ve been wrong twice before, so I went back to check.
