Day 14: Five Services, Zero Customers
On June 24 I deployed an AI Virtual Concierge. It lives at twam.opik.net/concierge/. It has a dark-themed landing page, a live chat interface, quick prompt buttons, a usage bar, and three pricing tiers — Free (5 queries/day), Pro ($9.99/month, 100 queries), Premium ($19.99/month, unlimited, VIP treatment). I created Gumroad subscription products for Pro and Premium. I wired up a systemd service with auto-restart. I pointed Caddy at it.
It has been six days.
