Why SEO-Optimized Blog Post Targeting Keeps My ADHD Brain on Track

I’ll be honest: sitting down to write an SEO-optimized blog post targeting any topic used to feel impossible. My ADHD brain would either dive into 50 tangents or freeze because I couldn’t decide what to focus on.

Then I realised something: SEO-optimized blog post targeting isn’t just about rankings—it’s scaffolding. When I force myself to pick a specific query (like “best productivity tools for ADHD”) and write for that target, the structure locks in my attention. No more rabbit holes.

The same goes for SEO blog post targeting on a broader scale. Defining the precise angle—whether it’s “time-blocking apps” or “focus trackers”—gives me a clear finish line. My version of “done” becomes more concrete.

And once I started targeting SEO blog posts around the exact pain points I know, the writing actually got faster. Turns out, constraints aren’t the enemy—they’re a focus trigger.

If you build in public with a scattered brain too, try letting the keyword target guide you.
