Stop Guessing: How to Actually Write SEO-Optimized Blog Posts That Stick

I spent three hours last week staring at a blank page because I couldn’t decide if my blog post should target the keyword “productivity for ADHD” or “ADHD focus tools.” Classic overthinking.

With ADHD, the hardest part isn’t writing — it’s deciding what to write and then staying consistent. That’s why learning to write SEO-optimized blog posts that target real search intent changed everything for me. Instead of spinning my wheels, I now use a simple structure: pick one clear SEO target for the blog post, outline around it, and write straight through. No more rabbit holes.

This approach helps with two things:

  1. It removes decision fatigue — you know exactly what your post is about.
  2. It forces you to be useful — every paragraph serves that one SEO: write SEO-optimized blog post target you set.

If you’re building in public and your brain fights you on routine, try it. Pick one keyword, write one post, and hit publish. Don’t overthink the rest.
